Ingredients

Starch, plant fibres, natural flavour, salt, onion, spearmint, yeast extract, garlic, sweet paprika, spices and herbs in different quantities, aroma.

How to Use

In 500g of beef-lamb mincemeat add 70g water, 65g mixture and mix well (optionally you can add 1tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley).
Cover the mixture and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Weigh and shape the kebabs in the shape and size of your liking.
The mixture is enough for 10 kebabs.
