Ingredients
Breadcrumbs (contains gluten), starch, plant fibres, gluten, natural flavour, salt, onion, yeast extract, garlic, cumin, spices in different quantities, dextrose, aroma.
How to Use
In 500g of pork-beef mincemeat add 90g water, 100g mixture and mix well (optionally you can add 60g paste / grated onion).
Cover the mixture and place in the fridge for 30 minutes. Weigh and shape the kebabs in the shape and size of your liking.
The mixture is enough for 10 kebabs.
