These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and the purchase of products from Hungry Labels (https://hungrylabels.com) operated by A&E Solutions Consultants Ltd, P.O. Box 45803, 6535, Larnaca, Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all sales concluded through the Website. Your statutory rights under EU and Cyprus consumer law remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Website. If you are under 18, purchases must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
- You may create an account to track orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities under your account.
3. Product Information & Allergens
- We aim to display accurate descriptions, ingredients and nutritional information for our products (spices, marinades, mixtures, salts, chilies). However, packaging and formulations may change. Always check the label upon delivery before use or consumption.
- If you have food allergies or intolerances, please contact us before ordering for the latest allergen information.
- Responsibility: The consumer must always verify suitability before use or consumption.
4. Pricing, VAT & Availability
- Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout.
- Invoices are issued in compliance with Cyprus VAT legislation.
- We may change prices without notice; such changes do not affect confirmed orders.
- All products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.
5. Ordering and Contract Formation
- By placing an order you make an offer to buy the selected products. We accept your offer when we send the Order Confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issues). Any amounts paid will be refunded if we cancel.
6. Payments (Stripe) & Security
PSD2 / Strong Customer Authentication (SCA): In compliance with EU Directive (PSD2), your bank may require Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure) during checkout. This additional step ensures that online payments are authorised securely by you as the cardholder.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Your bank may require Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure).
- Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method.
- Payment Security: Card processing is handled by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We do not store full card details. Limited metadata (last 4 digits, expiry, card type) may be retained for refunds and fraud prevention.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via reputable couriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and seasonal factors.
- Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment.
- Please inspect parcels on delivery and notify us promptly if items are damaged, defective or incorrect (see Section 9).
8. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)
- If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods.
- Your statutory right of withdrawal under Cyprus law implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU remains unaffected.
- To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days by email and return the goods within the following 14 days. We will acknowledge receipt of your request.
- Unless we offer otherwise, you bear the cost of returning the goods. We may deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- Exceptions: Your withdrawal right does not apply to:
- Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, even if unused.
- Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Custom or clearly personalised items.
9. Returns & Refunds Policy (E‑shop)
- Unopened/Unsealed items: You may return unopened products within 14 days (unless exceptions apply).
- Opened/Unsealed food products: For health and hygiene reasons, food products cannot be returned once opened or unsealed, even if unused.
- Expired items: We do not accept returns of products past their expiration/best-before date at the time of your request. If any product is delivered expired or with an unreasonably short remaining shelf life, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: Contact us without undue delay (ideally within 48 hours) with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
- Refund timelines: Refunds will be processed without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receiving the goods or proof of return.
- Method of refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

10. Warranty & Your Statutory Rights
- Purchases benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Cyprus law, providing a minimum 2-year warranty (Directive 1999/44/EC and Directive 2019/771/EU).
- If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
- Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU and Cyprus law.
11. Promotions, Voucher Codes & Gifts
- Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
- We may withdraw or modify promotions at any time in accordance with applicable law.
12. Liability
- We are not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) indirect or consequential losses; or (c) failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Consumer rights under Cyprus/EU law relating to defective products remain unaffected.

- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the Website.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your EU country of residence.
- We aim to resolve disputes amicably. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- Local Consumer Authority: In addition to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, you may submit complaints or disputes to the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service (Ministry of Energy, Commerce & Industry), which supervises consumer rights and fair trading practices in Cyprus.
15. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
