These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Website and the purchase of products from Hungry Labels (https://hungrylabels.com) operated by A&E Solutions Consultants Ltd, P.O. - These Terms apply to all sales concluded through the Website. Your statutory rights under EU and Cyprus consumer law remain unaffected.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Website.
- You may create an account to track orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities under your account.
3. Product Information & Allergens
- We aim to display accurate descriptions, ingredients and nutritional information for our products (spices, marinades, mixtures, salts, chilies). Packaging and formulations may change, so always check the label upon delivery before use or consumption.
- If you have food allergies/intolerances, contact us before ordering for the latest allergen information.
4. Pricing, VAT & Availability
- Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout.
- We may change prices without notice; such changes do not affect confirmed orders.
- All products are offered subject to availability. If a product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you and issue a refund or offer an alternative.
5. Ordering and Contract Formation
- By placing an order you make an offer to buy the selected products. We accept your offer when we send the Order Confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, stock issues). Any amounts paid will be refunded if we cancel.
6. Payments (Stripe) & Security
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Your bank may require Strong Customer Authentication (3D Secure).
- Refunds (where applicable) are issued to the original payment method.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship via reputable couriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and seasonal factors.
- Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment.
- Please inspect parcels on delivery and notify us promptly if items are damaged, defective or incorrect (see Section 9).
8. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)
- If you are an EU consumer, you have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the day you (or a person you nominate) receives the goods. You may cancel without giving a reason.
- To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days by email and return the goods within the following 14 days. You may use any clear statement of cancellation; we will acknowledge receipt.
- Unless we offer otherwise, you bear the cost of returning the goods in case of withdrawal. We may deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
- Exceptions: Your withdrawal right does not apply to:
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;
- goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
- custom or clearly personalised items.
9. Returns & Refunds Policy (E‑shop)
- Unopened/Unsealed items: You may return unopened products under your 14‑day withdrawal right (Section 8) unless an exception applies.
- Opened/Unsealed food products: For health and safety reasons, food products (spices, marinades, mixtures, salts, chilies) cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
- Expired items: We do not accept returns of products that are past their expiration/best‑before date at the time you request a return. If any product is delivered expired or with an unreasonably short remaining shelf life, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us without undue delay (ideally within 48 hours) with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.
- Refund timelines: We will process refunds without undue delay and not later than 14 days from (i) the day we receive the returned goods or (ii) the day you provide proof of having sent back the goods (whichever is earliest).
- Method of refund: Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
10. Warranty & Your Statutory Rights
- Your purchase benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. This means that if a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to remedies (repair, replacement or refund where appropriate).
- Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under EU and Cyprus law.
11. Promotions, Voucher Codes & Gifts
- Promotions and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated. We may withdraw or modify promotions at any time in accordance with applicable law.
12. Liability
- We are not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) indirect or consequential losses; or (c) failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.
- Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

- We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on the Website.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Courts of Cyprus shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your EU country of residence.
- We are open to resolving disputes amicably. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
